I love Philippians 4: 4-9

I have suffered with anxiety for many years, maybe my whole life. These verses speak to me about trusting God and learning to control my emotions. About focusing on the good things in life and praying for God's perspective on everything.

I don't always triumph in this area of my life, but these words speak to me of my heart and mind being guarded and at peace. That is always an encouragement and a comfort.
